Job Overview
Minimal qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's / Master’s degree
- 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst
- Excellent knowledge of web platforms and Retail or Manufacturing domains
- B2C Based application development Experience is a must
- Familiarity with standard Business Analysis practices, tools, and best practices
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming a project team.
- Monitor project progress by tracking milestones; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and presents findings of studies to client committees
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current projects using operational metrics and reports
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Requirements

Position Summary
We are seeking a
seasoned Senior Business Analyst
with a strong foundation in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and multi-domain exposure across
Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, ERP, CMS, and CRM ecosystems
. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to both business and technology stakeholders — driving requirement clarity, delivering enterprise-grade solutions, and ensuring alignment with operational and customer experience goals. This role combines analytical excellence, stakeholder engagement, and business-technology fluency to support end-to-end project success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Solution Scoping
- Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to elicit and refine business requirements across diverse domains.
- Define and document business processes, user journeys, use cases, and business rules across B2B and B2C environments.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to inform architecture and product decisions.
Multi-Domain Functional Expertise
- Act as a domain bridge across verticals, any of the two would be ideally preferred:
- Healthcare: Patient workflows, claims, HIPAA, interoperability (HL7/FHIR).
- BFSI: KYC/AML, digital onboarding, payments, lending, risk/compliance.
- Retail: Order management, customer journey mapping, e-commerce and omnichannel integration.
- ERP Systems: Requirements for finance, procurement, HR, and supply chain modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- CRM/CMS Systems: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Sitecore, WordPress — covering customer lifecycle, lead management, and content workflows.
Stakeholder Leadership
- Work directly with product owners, architects, and CXOs to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams across business units and geographies.
- Act as a trusted advisor in business-IT alignment, influencing priority-setting and digital adoption.
Requirements & Agile Delivery Support
- Author detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Maps, and Wireframe Specs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure clarity, traceability, and testability.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies: planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives.
- Lead UAT planning, training coordination, and post-go-live evaluation.
Technical Acumen & Enterprise Systems Understanding
- Translate business needs into high-level solution designs, considering data integration, workflows, and automation.
- Understand data structures, API interactions, system interoperability, and security considerations.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution feasibility and scalability.
- Usage of Analytics tools and dashboarding practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in at least 3 of the mentioned domains.
- Strong command of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence C-level and senior leadership.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Sound knowledge of system architecture principles, data modelling, and integration best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, CSPO, or equivalent will be greatly appreciated
- Experience in enterprise application implementation or modernization (ERP, CRM, CMS).
- Prior consulting experience or exposure to global client delivery models.
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR), and governance frameworks.
