Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst

Experience:

• Mid-level: 3–6 years

• Senior-level: 6+ years

Mandatory:

What You’ll Do

✔ Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements

✔ Perform impact and data analysis to ensure downstream alignment

✔ Support L2/L3 teams with functional clarifications and business context

✔ Define acceptance criteria and support UAT activities

✔ Create and maintain process flows, workflows, and data documentation

✔ Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

✔ Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Policy Administration & Claims

🔹 Expertise in requirements elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Agile/Scrum

SQL and data flows

🔹 Ability to translate business needs into technical backlog items

🔹 Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Technical Awareness (Highly Valued)

• Core Java fundamentals (debugging, exceptions, memory concepts)

• Legacy Java frameworks (Struts, JSP)

• Complex SQL queries and data fixes

• Batch processing, message flows, and rules engines (Drools or equivalent)

• Application servers (Tomcat) and CI/CD tools (SVN, Bamboo, Maven)

• Production support mindset with strong root cause analysis skills
