Key Responsibilities • Strategic Partner to the MD: o Partner closely with the MD to define, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives across the region. o Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and ensure alignment across business units. o Monitor progress of strategic projects and provide regular updates to the MD. • Cross – Functional Program Management: o Lead and manage cross-functional programs that span multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. o Identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across teams. • Stakeholder Engagement: o Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders including clients, and senior leadership. o Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across a matrixed organization with global teams. o Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for key meetings and public engagements. • Operational Excellence: o Drive operational improvements and implement best practices across the region. o Establish governance frameworks for strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
