1 Maintain and collate the data from different projects on classification of spares, defining reorder levels and managing the disposal 2 Execute Breakdown / Scheduled / Predictive maintenance of equipment and ensure accurate entry of the same in SAP 3 Collect and collate data on equipment efficiency and running costs from different projects 4 Assist HOS to prepare scheduled maintenance calendar and follow standard methods for providing maintenance and repair services 5 Collate data on scheduled maintenance, breakdowns and AMC compliance 6 Perform root cause analysis of major breakdowns or unplanned maintenance activities and prepare detailed report 7 Assist HOS to plan requirement of spares, their purchase and tracking mechanism 8 Stay updated on latest technology advancements related to electrical and mechanical engineering 9 Assist HOS in equipment productivity monitoring across projects 10 Collect and analyze data on equipment norms, utilization, consumption etc. to prepare variance report 11 Finalize the norms, utilization and consumption of all kinds of equipment along with estimation of charge out rates 12 Support data collation activities on equipment requisition including new purchase, transfer, hire etc. 13 Coordinate with the site team to ensure receipt of real-time information on various deployed equipment

Key Responsibilities: Lead IAM and PAM operations, covering identity lifecycle, privileged session management, and role-based access control. Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows and access provisioning via Entra ID (Azure AD) and ARCON PAM. Design and enforce access governance processes with periodic certification reviews and SoD checks. Oversee implementation of just-in-time (JIT) access and session recording for all critical privileged accounts. Handle integration of IAM and PAM with SIEM, ticketing, and compliance reporting systems. Conduct periodic access reviews, privileged entitlement discovery, and cleanup activities. Maintain compliance with RBI/SEBI access control policies including MFA, log retention, and zero trust enforcement. Guide business units on secure identity practices, policy exceptions, and automation of access approvals. Address L2 escalations, audit queries, and continuously improve the maturity of IAM & PAM controls. Maintain detailed documentation on user provisioning, change approvals, PAM vaulting, and break-glass procedures. Key Skills & Certifications: 8+ years in IAM/PAM administration Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Entra ID, ARCON, and federated identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC). Certified Azure Identity Engineer, ARCON certified specialist, or equivalent. Strong grounding in RBI/SEBI audit requirements for access governance and privileged access.
