WSP India is seeking to onboard dynamic and versatile Project management Expert with comprehensive experience across Document Control, Project Control, Scheduling, and Procurement to support our growing portfolio of complex engineering projects in Earth and Environment team. Document Control: Oversee creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation; ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with WSP’s internal audit and quality assurance procedures. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analyst to join our Global Business Services team at WSP.com. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that supplier data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. They will typically work within procurement, supply chain, or finance departments and focus on cleansing and enriching the integrity of supplier records, enabling efficient supplier management, purchasing processes, and risk mitigation. An experienced Transport Planner/Modeller is required to join our established Highways & Drainage team which serves the UK private development and public sector markets. The UK Development transport team offers clients a wide range of multi-disciplinary services including transport modelling of local junctions and signalised networks (VISSIM, Paramics, TRANSYT, LINSIG, JUNCTIONS 8), pedestrians (LEGION, VISWALK) and regional / strategic transport systems (VISUM, SATURN). The wider team also undertakes development planning work involving site appraisals, transport assessments, master planning, public transport studies and public consultation. Offices to work face to face with the project teams as required. You will have knowledge of preliminary highway design, junction design and analysis, traffic software including ( TRICS, ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG, TRANSYT and micro-simulation (VISSIM, Paramics) as well a good understanding of fundamental modelling techniques, traffic management techniques and Transport for London, Highways England and Local Authority design and modelling guidance so as to enable you work effectively as part of the team. You will also be able to be a proficient user of AutoCAD for the production of preliminary junction design drawings and for the production of figures to be included in reports and planning applications. Having a working knowledge of Auto Track would also be an advantage. You will need to have good written and spoken communication skills, (English). An enthusiasm for and genuine interest in Transport Planning and Engineering is essential allowing a close fit with our highly motivated team. Training of Junction staff on microsimulation modelling using VISSIM/ Paramics;raining of Junction staff on junction modelling using Junctions 9 and/ or LinSigs; Quality checks of data and model outputs; Research and review design options for both technical and economic impact; Management of and overseeing the on time completion of tasks assigned to CRC and to WSP s expected standards; Take ownership of tasks assigned and search for solutions where required; To become the key point of contact with different UK offices for modelling and/ or Transport Planning tasks; Be a core member of WSP s Modelling/ Transport Planning team, with key focus on detail and quality; Zeal to grow self and dedication towards working independently/ with minimal guidance where required; Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies; Clear communication (verbal and written) with colleagues in India and the UK on all matters project related technical communication and day-to-day matters; Support in writing segments of LMVRs, Forecasting Reports, and other modelling technical notes; Work within project constraints; such as time, budget and resource; and Attend and contribute in team and project meetings; Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline.
