What You Will Do As an IT asset management analyst for Associate Experience and Digital Transformation (AEDT) team, your responsibilities include but not limited to: Performing annual fixed asset audit verification Managing compliance related to both SEZ and non-SEZ units Capture and update AMC/Warranty support status of all assets New hire/Loaner laptop allocation, shipment initiating and tracking Exit user laptop reverse shipment initiating and tracking Perform daily updates on inventory for allocated assets & movement assets Fulfill hardware asset movement request as per defined process Weekly validation of assets in inventory using daily asset check list Repair faulty asset timely basis by coordinating with respective EOM Proactively identify and replace EOL assets.
