The Impact: As a Product Manager/Owner you will be responsible for the core Search Platform. You will leverage your knowledge/expertise in core Search - Relevance/Ranking, AI/ML, Semantic Search, Query/Content Vectorization etc. and drive increased client satisfaction and adoption of our search platform. You will collaborate with an agile scrum team & lead the timely execution of strategic client impacting feature. You will act as the liaison between the team and stakeholders, end users, business, and customer. You are, essentially, the ‘translator’ of customers’ needs into executable tasks (user stories) for the technology teams. You will help the team ensure a positive client experience by performing audits and analysis on our delivery platforms, presenting your findings and make recommendations. Your role has significant relationships and responsibilities including working across Product Management, Technology and Commercial, with your closest relationship being with the Product Manager. Your ultimate goal: elevate our search platform to better understand the user's query & deliver highly relevant search results right to the users fingertips.
