In this role, as part of the Content Platform Product team in Global Energy, you will collaborate with commodity vertical product managers, content creators, and various stakeholders to innovate and build content management platforms. Your responsibilities include: - Developing relationships with internal stakeholders to address their needs and maintain a high level of user satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal business and technical stakeholders to understand user needs and find solutions to meet business requirements. - Owning the execution of roadmaps for existing and new applications and processes. - Managing the product delivery across the product life cycle and contributing to the Product Governance and Prioritization process. - Writing and refining user stories, managing a backlog, and understanding priorities and dependencies within an agile methodology. - Serving as a subject matter expert on the capabilities of content platform applications. - Leading meetings, demos, and assisting team members with various tasks related to application roadmaps and enhancements. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or product management, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. - Self-driven, able to work independently, and contribute to the overall team culture. - Comfortable working in EMEA/UK Shift. Preferred qualifications include experience with data analysis, familiarity with Agile toolsets like Microsoft Azure DevOps, and knowledge of content management systems.
