In this role at EY as a Product Owner/Manager in the GDS division, you will play a crucial part in helping clients achieve successful business transformations by bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Your expertise in technology and business processes will be instrumental in delivering value-driven solutions encompassing various capabilities such as demand intake, financial management, risk management, and data analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the owner and advocate for a portfolio of related products and services - Communicate the vision and goals of the product portfolio, driving strategy development and managing product roadmaps - Support the sales team by promoting the value proposition and creating sales tools - Lead a team to execute the product plan, ensuring high-quality technology solutions following industry standards - Define performance measures to evaluate product success and drive improvements - Identify new products and features to capitalize on growth opportunities - Collaborate with internal customers to validate requirements and refine them for market applicability - Supervise market trends to assess competitive positioning and drive strategic product enhancements - Manage the product launch process and ensure organizational readiness for a successful go-to-market strategy - Build and maintain vendor relationships, deploying and integrating vendor solutions **Core Skills:** - Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation - Stakeholder communication - Data analysis - Change management - Quality assurance - Project support - Experience with Agile Transformation - Understanding of waterfall methodologies - Knowledge of JIRA/ADO administration and configuration - Business analysis skills - Sector experience in FS areas such as Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets, and Wealth & Asset Management is advantageous At EY, the mission is to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
