You will also implement AI/ML models into production systems, lead technical discussions with stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and design complex software solutions using C#, React, and AWS cloud services. - Evangelize AI-enabled development with Copilot, Claude, Cursor. - Build a design-first engineering culture emphasizing ideation, validation, and iteration. - Oversee delivery excellence and cross-functional collaboration. - Implement AI/ML models into production systems. - Coach leads on system architecture, Vibe Coding, and innovation. - Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to propose scalable architecture designs. - Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate technical feasibility and business value. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentorship to junior team members. - Implement best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and performance optimization within AWS environments. - Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve system architecture and development processes. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and quality measures in software development. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 13-17 years of tech and delivery leadership experience. - Proficiency in Python, Java, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, LangChain). - Hands-on experience with design thinking tools (Miro, Figma, etc.). - Demonstrated use of GenAI tools in production workflows. - Experience with microservices, DevOps, and container platforms. - Proven experience as a Senior Architect focusing on C# development, React, and AWS cloud services. - Strong proficiency in C# programming language and .NET framework. - Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQL, etc. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Single Page Application (SPA)/Micro front-end Architecture. - Expertise in designing and optimizing relational databases. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Octopus, ADO). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong leadership and communication abilities with a track record of mentoring development teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** - AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus. - Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, React) is advantageous. - Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
