Senior Business Analyst

Hi Folks,

Apexon is hiring for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team in chennai.

Key responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and functional specifications.

• Data Analysis: Analyse business processes, data flows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

• Process Improvement: Lead efforts to improve existing business processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.

• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user guides.

• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.

• Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis methodologies - Agile frameworks. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and project management software like JIRA, Confluence.

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Healthcare Industry

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
