Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Engineering

• Lead end-to-end

  requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management

  , ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain key artifacts such as

  BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation

  .
• Ensure

  requirement traceability

  across the project lifecycle and manage change effectively.

Analytical & Problem Solving

• Analyze complex business problems, interpret data, and recommend

  practical, data-driven solutions

  .
• Prepare

  business cases, impact assessments, and decision-support documentation

  .

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between

  business, product, and technical teams

  , ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and discussions;

  negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts

  .

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior Business Analysts

  , promoting skill development and best practices.
• Contribute to team effectiveness through leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.

Domain & Technical Contribution

• Apply

  domain knowledge

  to deliver high-impact business solutions.
• Work hands-on with

  product and project management tools

  (JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project) within

  Agile/Scrum and SDLC frameworks

  .

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 7+ years of experience

  in Business Analysis, with strong exposure to

  requirements engineering and stakeholder management

  .
• Proven experience in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  ; Scrum Master exposure or certification is a plus.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  , with a consistent record of delivering effective business solutions.
• Solid

  domain knowledge

  with the ability to apply it to real-world business challenges.
• Technical proficiency with

  product and project management tools

  and a strong understanding of

  SDLC frameworks

  .
• Excellent
