Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation, documentation, and management activities to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct business process evaluations by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, gathering and refining requirements.
• Interpret data, troubleshoot business challenges, evaluate alternatives, prepare business cases, and provide effective business solutions.
• Create reports, analyze trends, and share actionable insights with business partners and management.
• Communicate, facilitate, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to align business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and improve business processes across multiple functional areas.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts, support team development, resolve conflicts, and contribute to building high-performing teams.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies, while monitoring project status to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience

  , including requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  ;

  Scrum Master exposure is a plus.

• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  with a track record of providing data-driven business solutions.

• Technical proficiency

  with hands-on experience in product and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and a solid understanding of SDLC models.
• Experience working on

  large-scale websites, platforms, and back-end services

  . Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
