Job Description

Job Title :: Senior Business Analyst (UI/UX Designing)

Location :: India (Remote)

Minimum relevant experience :: 7

Business Analysts ensure discovery is grounded in reality.
You'll analyze workflows, validate insights with data, and quantify opportunities, bridging qualitative findings with quantitative evidence that makes opportunities credible and decision-ready

Essential:

5–8 years in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Operations, or Transformation Consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in data-driven storytelling.
Background in process modeling, workflow documentation, and operational analysis.
Ability to connect operational data with qualitative insights and opportunity frameworks.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

You'll Stand Out If You Have:

Experience in efficiency, transformation, or discovery programs within consulting or enterprise environments.
Exposure to design-led innovation or collaboration with Service Design, UX, or CX teams.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or process re-engineering methodologies.
Experience with opportunity sizing, impact modeling, or business case development.
Interest in AI or automation opportunity assessment and ROI modeling.
