Job Summary:

Senior Business Analyst


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

·      Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

·      Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to capture detailed requirements.

·      Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.

Process Improvement:

·      Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

·      Recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Collaboration & Communication:

·      Work closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.

·      Serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams to facilitate clear communication.

Project Support & Delivery:

·      Support project planning, scope definition, and requirement prioritization.

·      Validate solutions through testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and feedback analysis.

·      Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

·      Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.

·      Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on project status, risks, and business impact.

Continuous Improvement:

·      Stay updated on industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and emerging technologies.

·      Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

·      Master’s degree is a plus.


Experience:

·      5–8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.

·      Experience in healthcare, enterprise software, or technology projects is preferred.

·      Proven experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management.


Technical Skills:

·      Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).

·      Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

·      Familiarity with data analysis tools, SQL, and reporting platforms is a plus.


Soft Skills:

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

·      Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

·      Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
