We’re hiring a Quality and Automation Engineer to join a tech-forward team focused on desktop application development with one of our leading client in Noida. Location: Noida Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office) Compensation: Best in industry, based on experience Responsibilities Test Strategy & Execution · Develop and implement comprehensive test plans based on project goals · Identify and prioritize test scenarios through collaboration with cross-functional teams · Design and execute manual and automated test cases for functionality, performance, and usability · Track and resolve defects using industry-standard bug-tracking tools · Introduce and scale test automation for desktop application workflows ��� Continuous Improvement & Collaboration · Stay up to date with QA tools, automation frameworks, and best practices · Recommend and drive improvements to optimize quality assurance processes · Participate in code reviews to enhance testability and maintainability ��� Documentation & Reporting · Maintain test documentation including plans, scripts, and reports · Track testing progress, coverage, and metrics · Communicate results, issues, and risks clearly to stakeholders Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field · Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester in a desktop application environment · Strong in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management · Hands-on experience with Java Swing GUI automation · Proficient in Postman for API testing ·Experience in writing SQL queries for database validation · Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) · Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git) · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills If interested and looking for a change, please share your updated resume at luthrasheenam171@gmail.com.
