Role Summary: We’re looking for a bold, strategic and hands-on Creative Head to lead our brand’s visual identity, storytelling and campaign direction. You’ll work closely with sales & marketing, product and leadership to build a brand that stands out in the competitive financial space. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative strategy across all channels – digital, social, app, web and offline. Build and manage the in-house team of designers, social media specialist and external agency partners. Develop campaign ideas for brand building, feature/product launches and investor education. Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints. Ensure all creatives are compliant with financial regulations. Requirements: 6-10 years in a creative role, preferably in stock broking. Strong portfolio across digital and brand campaigns. Understanding of financial markets and retail investors. Proficient in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.).
