The Franchise Acquisition & Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise. The role includes evaluating competitive offerings, conducting lead generation and closure activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.
Ø Identify and evaluate high-potential business regions for franchise development.
Ø Build strong networks with competitor franchisees and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.
Ø Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
Ø Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
Ø Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
Ø Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
Ø Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints. Ensure franchisees operate in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Ø Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
Ø Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
Ø Experience in the Stock broking industry is a must.
Ø Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical and decision-making capabilities.
