Creative Marketing Specialist

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a bold, strategic and hands-on Creative Head to lead our brand’s visual identity, storytelling and campaign direction. You’ll work closely with sales & marketing, product and leadership to build a brand that stands out in the competitive financial space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the creative strategy across all channels – digital, social, app, web and offline.
2. Build and manage the in-house team of designers, social media specialist and external agency partners.
3. Develop campaign ideas for brand building, feature/product launches and investor education.
4. Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
5. Ensure all creatives are compliant with financial regulations.

Requirements:

1. 6-10 years in a creative role, preferably in stock broking.
2. Strong portfolio across digital and brand campaigns.
3. Understanding of financial markets and retail investors.
4. Proficient in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.).
5. Strong communication and project management skills
