Key Responsibilities

• Assist in social media management: content planning, design, posting, and performance tracking.

• Create engaging graphics, presentations, and visuals using Canva, AI tools, and editing software.

• Support in marketing, PR, and campaign execution, including planning and outreach.

• Contribute to backend tasks for building and scaling businesses, including research, coordination, and documentation.

• Assist with on-ground creative presence during events, shoots, and brand activations.

• Draft, proofread, and edit content in Hindi and English for diverse communication needs.

• Curate ideas, concepts, and moodboards, and support in the execution of fashion, brand, editorial, and product styling projects.

• Ensure effective time and project management across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Fashion, Business, or related field (open to passionate learners).

• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).

• Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, and basic graphic/video editing software.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and strategic mindset.

• Excellent multitasking abilities – thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

• Level-headed and composed under pressure with strong stress management skills.

• Ability to adapt and shine in chaos, while staying focused on outcomes.

• Interest and understanding of fashion, branding, styling, and editorial aesthetics is highly preferred.

• Dedicated, reliable, and highly organized with strong time management.
