Creative Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.) tailored to B2B and/or B2C audiences.

Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with overall brand goals.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Contribute fresh ideas to enhance brand storytelling, culture communication, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or campaign management.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.

Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social media management tools, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to Have:

Experience in content creation (copywriting, video, graphics).

Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies.

Experience in press release writing and distribution.
