### *Who We’re Looking For*

A *creative storyteller with an editor’s eye and a researcher’s brain.* Someone who can understand different businesses, dive into their industries, and create videos that click with audiences. Bonus if you love experimenting with *AI tools* to speed up workflows, add effects, or enhance creativity.

### *What You’ll Do*

* Edit and produce *engaging videos* for social media, websites, ads, reels, and campaigns.

* Research businesses, industries, and trends to tailor content.

* Use *AI tools* (like Runway, Descript, MidJourney, etc.) to enhance editing and storytelling.

* Collaborate with designers, content writers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.

* Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, and sound design when required.

* Stay updated with digital trends and viral content formats.

* Deliver high-quality edits on time while experimenting with fresh, creative styles.

### *What We’d Love to See in You*

* 1–3 years of video editing experience (agency experience is a plus).

* Proficiency in *Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.*

* Hands-on experience (or strong curiosity) with *AI-based editing & content tools.*

* Creativity to adapt across industries and platforms (corporate, fun, quirky, bold).

* Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

### *Bonus Points If You*

* Know how to create short-form *Instagram Reels/TikTok-style edits.*

* Can design motion graphics or simple animations.
