Graphic Designer (Creative & AI-Savvy)

We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer who isn’t just great at design but also curious, research-driven, and excited to explore how AI tools can make creativity even more powerful.

Who We’re Looking For

A visual storyteller who can understand a brand’s identity, research its audience, and turn ideas into designs that pop. Someone who is hands-on with design tools, has a flair for aesthetics, and loves experimenting with AI-powered design tools to work smarter and faster.

What You’ll Do

* Design visuals for websites, logos, branding, social media, ads, and campaigns.

* Research businesses, competitors, and trends to design with purpose.

* Use AI tools (like MidJourney, DALL•E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to speed up and enhance creativity.

* Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and strategists for integrated campaigns.

* Develop brand identities and style guides that reflect unique positioning.

* Create engaging visuals that are modern, on-trend, and scroll-stopping.

* Stay updated with design, AI, and digital marketing trends.

What We’d Love to See in You

* 1–3 years of graphic design experience (agency background is a plus).

* Proficiency in *Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma or Canva.*

* Familiarity or curiosity about *AI design tools.*

* Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layouts.

* Ability to adapt design styles across industries.

* Research-driven mindset to design with strategy, not just aesthetics.

* Creativity, originality, and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You

* Have experience creating *motion graphics / simple animations.*

* Can design for both print & digital.

* Keep up with meme culture & trending design formats.

* Love experimenting with AI workflows in design.
