Graphic Designer

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer to support the branding and marketing needs of Jeelife International and its multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and design engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output for all company brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for all brands under Jeelife International, including Quixa Hypermart, Qahwa Restaurant, CityFones, and Zawiya.
• Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, brochures, hoardings, in-store branding, and promotional creatives.
• Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Maintain and follow brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and outlets.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Design menu cards, packaging, labels, and promotional materials for restaurant and retail outlets.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts as required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies when required.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW (After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (experience in retail, restaurant, or FMCG branding is preferred).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across print and digital media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
