Job Description

The Hot Food Supervisor oversees the preparation, cooking, and presentation of hot food items in accordance with company standards and health regulations. This role ensures that hot food stations run efficiently and safely, and that staff are properly trained and performing their duties effectively. Previous experience in food service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead cook role. Knowledge of food safety standards and cooking procedures. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
