This role is entrusted with ensuring seamless daily operations, vendor management, compliance, and people support. Above all, it demands the ability to delegate with authority and follow up with discipline , ensuring every detail is handled on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities General Administration & Store Operations – Oversee invoicing, store and general upkeep. Finance & Reporting – Liaison with Auditor office for accounts, track expenses, vendor payments and support finance compliance. Staff Management – Follow up with staffs on their daily work, Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding/off boarding. Communication & Coordination – Handle official communication and director scheduling. Compliance & Documentation – Ensure statutory records, renewals, and liaise with auditors.
