Key Responsibilities

1. General Administration & Store Operations

    – Oversee invoicing, store and general upkeep.

2. Finance & Reporting

    – Liaison with Auditor office for accounts, track expenses, vendor payments and support finance compliance.

3. Staff Management

    – Follow up with staffs on their daily work, Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding/off boarding.

4. Communication & Coordination

    – Handle official communication and director scheduling.

5. Compliance & Documentation

    – Ensure statutory records, renewals, and liaise with auditors.

6. Vendor & Procurement Management

    – Manage vendors, contracts, inventory, and performance checks.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to 

  get work done through others

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid skills in vendor management and finance support via auditors.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and general computer skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and deadline-driven mindset.
• Ability to ride a two-wheeler/four-wheeler will be a huge advantage for local coordination (vehicles provided by the company).

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven experience in administration, operations, or mid-level management.
• Exposure to retail or fashion industry operations will be an added advantage.
