Your Background 1215 years of experience in electrical engineering and software development, ideally with transformer design exposure. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with strong interest in software development. Deep knowledge of electrical design; experience in traction transformer design is a plus. Proficient in software development with strong logical thinking skills. Familiarity with Matlab, VBA, and SQL. Team player who is flexible, proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong ability to generate questions and ideas for discussion. Willingness to travel and collaborate with colleagues in different Hitachi Energy units. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
