Creative Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: You will support the Transformers Business marketing activities and initiatives, working in an international capacity with a deep understanding of the energy landscape. Your responsibilities will include creating marketing assets, managing content assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining marketing materials. You should have a can-do attitude, be a seasoned creative professional, and able to manage multiple high-impact projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Support marketing initiatives by developing creative content for the product and segments - Create marketing assets such as 3D renders, presentations, social media posts, digital marketing creatives, brochures, infographics, and videos/animations - Utilize CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for maintaining webpage content - Update and maintain marketing materials in shared drives or online repositories - Manage requests and workflows, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in media, advertising, mass communication, design, art, animation/multimedia, or graphic design - 2+ years of relevant experience in an international B2B environment - Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite for asset development - Familiarity with web-based applications like Canva is advantageous - Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills - Knowledge of design techniques, practices, and current trends - Business knowledge in power/industrial technology is beneficial - Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams - Proficiency in spoken and written English language Please note: This job description is tailored to support individuals with disabilities requiring accessibility assistance during the job application process.
