Job Title: Accountant Location: [Powai Plaza, Powai Mumbai ] Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum 1 year Reporting To: Founder / Finance Head Office Timings: Monday - Friday :10 am-6:30 pm, Saturday 10 am-4 pm Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage weekly and monthly financial reporting, reconcile multiple online accounts, and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce, online payments, and brand finances. Key Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and expense summaries. Manage and reconcile multiple online accounts, including: Amazon Seller, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa, etc. Razorpay, Instamojo, Paytm, PhonePe, and other gateways. Delivery aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery). Record and reconcile daily transactions across platforms and bank accounts. Handle GST, TDS, and maintain statutory compliance. Track receivables/payables and follow up on outstanding payments. Manage inventory-related accounts and stock valuation in coordination with the warehouse team. Oversee payroll processing, reimbursements, and petty cash tracking. Coordinate with external CA, tax consultants, and auditors when required. Use and maintain accounting systems like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc. Ensure proper invoice generation, filing, and documentation for all sales and purchases. Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (M.Com / MBA preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in D2C, retail, or FMCG industry. Proficiency in Excel, Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and payment systems. Hands-on with reconciliation, inventory accounting, and platform settlement reports. Excellent time management and reporting skills. Bonus Skills (Optional But Preferred) Knowledge of international payment gateways or exports. Leafoberryy is looking for an energetic sales manager who can drive revenue growth, build strong distributor/retail partnerships, and manage product returns efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG/beauty/retail sales, along with expertise in handling modern trade, online platforms, and direct-to-consumer strategies. Key Responsibilities Create and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify and develop new B2B & B2C channels (distributors, modern trade, retail outlets, e-commerce). Drive product placement in key retail chains and explore regional/national expansion. Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives/field staff. Monitor daily sales performance and motivate the team to achieve KPIs. Oversee return policies for distributors, retailers, and online customers. Coordinate with accounts and warehouse teams to manage reverse logistics and replacement processes. Analyze return reasons and take action to reduce product returns and damages. Build strong relationships with distributors, modern trade partners, and key clients. Negotiate terms, margins, and payment conditions. Collaborate with the digital team to manage Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and D2C website sales. Track sales performance, settlement reports, and return percentages. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including revenue trends and returns analysis. Track competitor activity and recommend pricing/marketing adjustments. Note Reporting to: Founder/Director. Office timings: Monday - Friday: 10 am-6:30 pm and Saturday: 10 am-4 pm.
