Creative Lead – AI & Digital Content About the Role We are looking for a visionary creative leader who can combine design expertise with AI-powered content creation to deliver high-impact brand experiences across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands aesthetics, marketing strategy, and the latest AI tools to produce faster, smarter, and more innovative campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Produce daily creatives for ads, social media, website banners, and marketplace listings • Maintain brand visual identity - templates, typography, color schemes • Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) for visuals • Use ChatGPT and other AI copy tools for ad copy, product descriptions, captions • Design e-commerce creatives - infographics, A+ content, lifestyle imagery • Create short-form videos and reels (product demos, trending formats) • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing • Plan and manage the monthly content calendar • Collaborate with marketing to align creatives with campaign goals Requirements • 2+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or lifestyle brands • Strong portfolio of digital campaigns, brand assets, and marketing creatives • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) • Understanding of performance marketing creative requirements • Good communication and time management skills • Ability to manage freelancers and vendors for advanced creative projects Nice-to-Have • Basic motion graphics animation skills • Knowledge of 3D design or AR/VR tools KPIs / Success Metrics • On-time delivery of campaign creatives • Improved CTR and engagement on ad creatives • Brand visual consistency across all platforms • Efficient coordination with freelancers for high-quality advanced outputs Why Join Us? • Be part of a fast-growing brand using cutting-edge AI tools • Freedom to experiment and innovate with creatives • Direct collaboration with marketing leadership for impactful campaigns
