We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven AI and Digital Applications Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and digital platforms like Salesforce and Enterprise Data Warehouse across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in digital applications management Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise software like Salesforce, PowerBI, SAP etc Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex digital projects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of channel sales executives. Set sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs. Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors. Expand channel footprint in assigned territory. Sales Execution: Drive sales of switchgear products through the dealer network. Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts. Track dealer performance and ensure timely collections. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 10–15 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in electrical or switchgear industry. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of LV switchgear products. Experience working with electrical dealers and distributors.
