As we grow, were looking for a creative and driven Brand & Partnerships Manager to build Arike’s voice, visibility, and value in the hearts of Malayalis,both in Kerala and around the world. Responsibilities Brand & Content Strategy Develop and evolve Arike’s brand voice and personality, staying true to its Malayalam-first identity. Plan and execute content led campaigns (video, social, digital) that build emotional connection and cultural resonance. Work cross-functionally with design, product, and PR teams to ensure consistency in brand storytelling. Social Media & Community Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms,balancing engagement, relatability, and brand. Lead or oversee copywriting, captions, storytelling formats, and meme-worthy moments that speak to Malayalam culture. Monitor social trends and community feedback to fine-tune content approach and engagement. Influencer Marketing Identify and collaborate with regional creators, micro-influencers, and cultural tastemakers who align with Arike’s vision. Strong grasp of Malayalam culture and language, can interpret trends and create/approve content that’s both authentic and engaging. Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and reels-first storytelling. A creative thinker who can ideate and execute campaigns with limited dependencies.
