o Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
o Build talent pipelines and maintain a strong employer brand
o Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and selection
o Design and deliver engaging onboarding and orientation programs
o Ensure smooth transitions, documentation, IT/asset coordination, and exit processes
o Drafting policies, adherence and implementation
o Sole owner driving policies across the organisation
o Generating consensus, awareness about policies
o Serve as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation and conflict resolution
o Conduct investigations, maintain records, and recommend corrective actions
o Drive engagement initiatives and feedback loops
o Facilitate goal-setting, check-ins, and annual/biannual reviews
o Coach managers on feedback, development plans, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
o Administer payroll inputs, benefits enrolment
o Support job levelling, salary benchmarking, and pay equity reviews
o Coordinate training needs analysis, curricula, and compliance training
o Promote career development pathways and succession planning
o Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
o Maintain policies, handbooks, and required postings; manage audits
o Identify right HRIS System, and get the same implemented
o Maintain accurate HRIS records, reporting, and data integrity
o Optimize HR processes and support self-service and automation
o Champion inclusive practices
o Organize recognition programs and engagement surveys
o Track and report HR metrics; generate insights for decision-making
· Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management
· Problem-solving, discretion, and sound judgment
· Conflict resolution and facilitation
· Data literacy; ability to translate insights into actions
· Process design and continuous improvement mindset
· Proficiency with HRIS, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
· HRIS: Workday, Oracle, UKG, BambooHR, HiBob (or similar)
· Collaboration: Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
· Analytics: Excel/Sheets, basic BI tools
· Time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate
· Onboarding satisfaction and new-hire retention (90-day/1-year)
· Employee engagement scores and participation rates
· Training completion rates; internal mobility rate
· HR data accuracy and SLA adherence for HR operations
