Job Summary:

Founder’s Office Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Operational Support

• Work closely with the Founder to manage daily priorities, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Track and drive progress on company OKRs, projects, and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct research, prepare presentations, and synthesize insights for business decisions.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, finance, and marketing teams.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

• Draft internal communications, reports, and investor updates.

• Manage high-priority correspondence, scheduling, and event planning.

3. Execution & Process Management

• Streamline workflows and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Manage special projects and assist in fundraising, partnerships, and hiring processes.

• Support in preparing board decks, business reviews, and operational dashboards.

4. Administrative & People Support

• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks for the Founder’s Office.

• Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics.

• Assist with confidential tasks related to HR, finance, and strategic partnerships.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field

Founder's Office, Business Operations, Consulting, or Project Management

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Google Workspace / MS Office
