DevX is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Accounts to lead the finance and accounting function across its group of companies. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a CA firm background with exposure to multi-client or multi-entity financial management. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through robust reporting, internal controls, and effective team leadership. Role & responsibilities:Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations across all group companies, including payables, receivables, general ledger and reconciliations.Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports to the Founder and key stakeholders.Develop and deliver actionable MIS reports for performance tracking, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely and clean closures.Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to ensure optimal financial health and liquidity.Design and implement robust internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures to safeguard company assets.Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, driving accountability, accuracy, and professional development.Collaborate with business functions to align financial planning with organizational objectives and expansion goals.Stay current on regulatory updates, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and compliance readiness. Qualifications and Experience:Chartered Accountant (CA) or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing accounts for multiple clients or group companies is mandatory.
