We’re Hiring: Founder’s Office Associate

At 88 Digital, we’re building brands, scaling businesses, and solving real growth problems every day. To support this momentum, we’re looking for a Founder’s Office Associate — someone who can think clearly, execute efficiently, and work closely with leadership to turn ideas into action.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation and offers a front-row seat to strategy, execution, and scale.

What You’ll Do

Founder & Leadership Support

Translate the Founder’s vision and instructions into clear tasks, timelines, and follow-ups

Prepare daily and weekly updates, dashboards, and summaries for leadership

Ensure priorities move forward with zero execution gaps

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work primarily on revenue generation syncing closely with marketing, performance, content, sales, and client teams

Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams

Execution & New Initiatives

Assist in research, planning, and execution of new initiatives across sales, strategy, talent acquisition, growth, and client success

Support zero-to-one execution of new ideas, explore/introduce AI tools, processes, and offerings

Process, Playbooks & Documentation

Document SOPs, Strategy/Company decks, processes, and internal playbooks

Identify gaps in workflows and help design scalable solutions

Improve efficiency across customer-facing functions by understanding and optimising processes

Data, Finance & Reporting

Assist with MIS reporting, data collection, and analysis

Support leadership with insights across performance, operations, and finances

Who Should Apply?

If you: have 1-2 years of experience as a Founders associate (preferable) If you dont have experience but have the fire to take this up with confidence.

Excellent English communication & presentation skills. Love solving problems.
