Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital advertising and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, interpret campaign metrics, prepare reports, and support client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads dashboards.
• Assist in setting up, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.
• Coordinate with clients for updates, feedback, and approvals.
• Work closely with the creative team to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, impressions, and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and client servicing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working full-time from our office in Andheri West.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
