Performance Marketing Intern

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the growth and creative teams to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. You’ll help turn insights into actions, manage budgets efficiently, and understand what messaging drives conversions for a sustainability-first brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and relevant ad platforms.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify targeting opportunities.
• Track daily campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with design/content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
• Monitor user acquisition costs, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Contribute ideas for A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audience segments.
• Support growth experiments to improve conversions on the EKO app & landing pages.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers.
• Familiarity with concepts like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, funnels, etc.
• Passion for growth marketing and willingness to learn fast.
• Knowledge of Excel/Sheets for reporting.
• Bonus: Experience running your own small campaigns or certifications (Google/META).
