Performance Marketing Intern

We are not looking for someone to just "boost posts." TumGifts.com is a hyperlocal gifting marketplace . We are looking for a Digital marketing interen who understands numbers, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and Unit Economics. You will work directly with the CEO to manage our paid acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities (The "Engine Room"):

• Meta Ads Execution (Facebook/Instagram):
• Set up & Structure Campaigns via Meta Business Manager (Not the "Boost" button).
• Execute Task AD-07: Create hyper-local audiences (e.g., "Jodhpur +10km", Interests: "Gifts/Cake/Anniversary").
• Implement "Event Tracking" (Purchase, Add to Cart) to optimise for conversions.
• Google Ads & Analytics:
• Assist in setting up Google Ads linked to GA4.
• Manage Search Campaigns for high-intent keywords (e.g., "Order Cake Online [City]").
• Creative Strategy:
• Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to test ad creatives (Static vs. Video).
• Identify which "Hooks" are lowering our Cost Per Click (CPC).
• Data & Reporting:
• Daily tracking of CAC (Cost Per Acquisition).
• Monitor Daily Spend vs. Orders.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Technical Familiarity: You know what a "Pixel," "Lookalike Audience," and "Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO)" are.
• Grit: We are a startup. You must be willing to learn fast, execute faster, and own your results.
• Bonus: Previous internship experience at a performance marketing agency (e.g., handling E-commerce clients).
