Operations Manager Chief of Staff Intern

This is not a coffee-fetching internship. It is a "Mini-CEO" bootcamp. TumGifts.com is an early-stage hyperlocal marketplace with a roadmap to reach a great valuation by 2030. As the Chief of Staff Intern, you will shadow the CEO and act as the central nervous system of the company, ensuring that Marketing, Tech, and Sales talk to each other and hit their daily targets.

What You Will Actually Do (The "Fixer"):

• Operational Governance:
• Manage the CEO’s "War Room": Track daily KPIs (Orders, CAC, Vendor Onboarding) from our Sales Projections.
• Follow up with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure tasks (e.g., "Post 3 ads", "Onboard 5 bakers") are actually completed.
• Hiring & Team Coordination:
• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for other roles (Graphics, Field Sales).
• Handle onboarding logistics (Contracts, Laptop setup, Access rights).
• Process Architecture:
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Example: "How do we handle a customer complaint if the cake is damaged?" — You will write the rulebook.
• Special Projects:
• Execute ad-hoc research (e.g., "Find the top 10 florists in Jodhpur and get their contact numbers").

• Organized Chaos Manager: You love checklists, Trello/Notion, and Excel sheets. You never drop the ball.
• Analytical: You are comfortable looking at a spreadsheet and pointing out, "Sir, we are spending too much on ads today."
• Background: Fresh Graduate (BBA/MBA/B.Tech) with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
