Graphic Design Intern

colourTumGifts.com is scaling to become the go-to marketplace for cakes, flowers, and gifts. In e-commerce, the image is the product. We are looking for a Visual Designer who combines aesthetics with speed. You won't just be "making logos"; you will be building the visual engine that drives clicks and sales. You will work closely with the Marketing and Tech teams to ensure our brand looks premium and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities (The "Visual Engine"):

• Product Catalog Standardization (Priority #1):
• Edit and enhance raw photos from local bakeries and florists.
• Execute the "Top 100 Catalogue" Project: Ensure the first 100 products on the site look uniform, appetizing, and professional (clean backgrounds, colour correction).
• Performance Ad Creatives:
• Design high-conversion creatives for Facebook & Instagram Ads (Static & GIF/Video).
• Work with the Performance Marketer to iterate designs based on data (e.g., “This red background got more clicks than the blue one, let’s make more red ones.”).
• Social Media & Branding:
• Create daily engagement posts (Festivals, Offers, Memes) for our social handles.
• Maintain the brand style guide (Fonts, Colors, Logo Usage) across all channels.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Tool Proficiency: Expert in Photoshop and Canva (Premiere Pro/After Effects is a huge bonus).
• Speed & Consistency: You can edit 20 product photos in the time it takes others to do 5, without losing quality.
• E-commerce Eye: You understand that a photo of a cake must make the customer crave it instantly.
• Portfolio: You have a portfolio demonstrating social media designs or product retouching.

What You Will Learn:

• How to design for Conversion (CTR - Click Through Rate), not just for art.
• Managing a visual asset library for a high-growth startup.

Hiring Challenge (The "Speed Test"):

• As part of the interview process, we will give you 3 raw photos of cakes/gifts. You will have 30 minutes to turn them into "Website Ready" images to test your speed and aesthetic sense.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
