Role Overview


As a Graphic Design Intern, you will help us amplify our brand and drive real results through creative visuals. Your work will touch social media, ads, and video content.


Responsibilities

  • Design static posts, carousels, banners etc. for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter etc.)
  • Create visuals / creatives for performance ad campaigns — i.e. ads aimed at conversion, lead gen, sales etc. These must be on‑brand and optimized for different ad platforms (formats, resolution etc.)
  • Edit and assemble short video content: reels, stories, promo clips, ads, maybe simple motion graphics (transitions, overlays, subtitles etc.)
  • Collaborate with content writers / marketing / performance team to understand campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and adapt designs accordingly
  • Iterate based on feedback; ensure visuals are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Stay updated on design / video trends, social media ad best practices (formats, ratios, animations that perform well etc.)


What We’re Looking For?


  • Strong foundational skills in graphic design: layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy
  • Good hands‑on experience (academic / personal / freelance) with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; and video editing tools
  • Bonus: familiarity with motion graphics / After Effects or similar for creating animated / dynamic ad creatives
  • Basic understanding of what works on social media in terms of ad creatives (static vs video, ratio, attention‑grabbing visuals etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, take feedback etc.
  • Strong communicator; proactive mindset; a portfolio / samples showing your work (static + video)
