About the Role

Performance Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Understand campaign objectives such as leads, traffic, sales, and engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
• Prepare basic performance reports and optimisation suggestions
• Participate in new client meetings and discussions around campaign strategies
• Communicate clearly with founders and internal teams regarding campaign progress
• Research industry trends, audience behaviour, and platform updates
• Assist with ad copy, creative suggestions, and audience targeting

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads dashboards
• Ability to set up campaigns, choose objectives, and understand targeting
• Knowledge of performance metrics and how to evaluate them
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially for founder and client interactions
• Good analytical skills to understand campaign data
• Eagerness to learn and experiment with new strategies
• Organised and responsible with tasks and reporting
