Our EPS team is focused on expanding market reach and driving adoption of our API products. Role Overview We are looking for 2 experienced Business Development Executives (BDEs) to lead market expansion through on-ground client meetings and field sales. The role demands seasoned professionals who can independently acquire clients, close deals, and build long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities ● Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for API-based solutions. ● Conduct field visits, presentations, and client meetings to drive product adoption. ● Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and close deals. ● Work closely with the telecalling team for lead follow-up and conversions. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. ● Provide regular sales updates and market insights to management. Requirements ● Minimum 5 years of proven experience in field sales/business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, BFSI, or B2B solutions. ● Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ● Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and deliver results independently. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
