We are expanding across Hyderabad and other cities through our dark store franchise model.

Role Objective
You will lead Eko's growth and investment pipeline by:
Onboarding franchise partners and dark store investors
Growing customer adoption in new localities
Building partnerships with eco-friendly brands and communities
?
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pitch to potential franchise investors and retail partners
Present Eko's dark store franchise ROI model
Build B2B partnerships with sustainable and organic brands
Execute on-ground marketing to boost app installs and orders
Represent Eko at startup, investor, and sustainability events
Work directly with the Founder to achieve monthly growth targets

Ideal Candidate
26 years experience in:
Franchise Sales
Business Development
Startup Growth
Preferably from FMCG, retail, delivery, or Q-commerce (Zepto / Instamart / Blinkit / BigBasket / Urban Company type setups)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Field-active, target-driven, and operates like an owner
Interest in sustainability is a plus
