Role Description Job Overview: As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will assist in driving traffic, improving customer acquisition, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS). You will gain hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid channels. This role will help you develop an in-depth understanding of performance marketing strategies and tools used to optimize digital campaigns. Qualifications Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales performance assessment Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction Experience in E-Commerce, including platform management and optimization Sales skills to drive revenue and achieve sales targets Understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
