We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Intern

Performance Marketing Intern

📍 Kolkata (On-site)

🕒 Full-time Internship

📅 Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up & managing campaigns on
Google Ads
(Search, Display, Demand Gen) and
Meta Ads
(Lead Gen, Traffic, Engagement)
Support with
keyword research, audience creation, ad copywriting, A/B testing
Maintain proper
campaign structure, naming conventions & budget pacing
Monitor daily metrics: CPL, CPQL, CTR, CPC, CVR
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Analyze
lead quality, funnel performance, and user behavior
Suggest creative and landing page enhancements
Track lead quality via CRM/WhatsApp/Call feedback
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
Google Analytics, Tag Manager
Google Sheets & Excel (Advanced)
Basic exposure to Power BI / Data Studio (added advantage)
Strong interest in performance marketing & analytics
Good with numbers, logic, and problem-solving
Eager to learn fast in a high-performance environment
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
