Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Intern at Grexa AI, your primary role will involve planning, setting up, and managing lead generation campaigns for local businesses through Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for creating and structuring campaigns, refining ad copies, conducting keyword research, and using AI tools to support campaign creation and analysis. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure fast, accurate, and measurable outcomes will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, set up, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads for various local business clients. - Create & structure campaigns, ad sets, and ad groups, including keyword research, audience selection, and targeting. - Write and refine ad copies, headlines, and descriptions aligned with client objectives and audience intent. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform campaign strategy. - Use AI tools for campaign creation, analysis, and reporting while ensuring high quality and human-reviewed output. - Prepare performance reports and summaries in Google Sheets or Excel, highlighting insights and next steps. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in performance marketing focused on Google Ads. - Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search campaigns at minimum). - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). - Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear actions. - Good written communication skills for crafting persuasive ad copies and messages. - Comfort with using AI tools to improve campaign outputs.
