Your role will involve: - Planning and executing shoots for daily content publishing on offline store social channels, aiming to create a real, authentic, and community-first experience. - Developing rapid, entertainment-driven content for the main Licious pages that align with brand goals and resonates with the target audience. - Scripting and storyboarding ideas swiftly, from conceptualization to punchy reels. - Crafting sharp, witty copy and captions that are optimized for stopping power, shares, and SEO discoverability. - Conceptualizing and producing all content under your guidance, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness. - Monitoring and analyzing social media dashboards to optimize content planning, scripts, comments, and engagement strategies. - Engaging with the audience through authentic comment replies and DM responses to foster community building. - Collaborating with designers/editors to maintain visual consistency and brief in edits and effects for content. - Utilizing AI tools like Runway, MidJourney, Claude, etc., to expedite content development while preserving originality. - Identifying successful content elements (hook rates, AVD, shares, comments) and adapting strategies promptly. - Managing edit briefings to maintain visual appeal and consistency across all brand content. Your success in this role will be measured by: - High hook rate, strong average video views, shareability, and cultural relevance on the main brand pages. - Growth in followers, engagement through comments and shares, and local community conversations on offline store pages. - Increased number of scripts, posts, and comment conversations while adhering to brand guidelines. To excel in this position, you should: - Have experience in rapid content creation for brands, both in front of and behind the camera. - Possess a deep interest in food culture, particularly meat, fish, and seafood. - Be proficient in utilizing AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway, Claude, Google VEO3, etc. - Be comfortable working quickly, independently, and collaboratively within a cross-functional team. - Demonstrate the ability to translate insights and trends into engaging content ideas. - Exhibit strong copywriting skills with a knack for creating clickable, shareable, and comment-worthy content. - Be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, trend-focused environment. - Stay updated on new content marketing trends, features, and platform developments.,
